To join the Tai Chi Push Hands Sunday class there is a $99 annual membership fee paid directly to HME (waived for active Discover Taiji annual subscribers)
Heaven Man Earth
Heaven Man Earth Internal Arts International (HME) is dedicated to the teaching and practice of an ensemble of internal arts under the guidance of Adam Mizner.
HME was founded by Adam Mizner in 2004, its mission is to help spread the teachings of authentic internal arts for health, martial arts and spiritual development.
Discover Taiji
The lessons in the HME weekly classes compliment the curriculum found in the Discover Taiji Online Training Program, and those students who are interested in further home based practice and study are encouraged to explore this program.
Eight Active Ingredients
Developed by Dr. Peter M. Wayne, a longtime Tai Chi teacher and researcher at Harvard Medical School, this practice explores a simplified (but also delightfully challenging) program that has been tested and refined so that it is suited to people of all ages, and can be done easily every day.
